Jacque Tubbs, MA Office Manager
Jacque Tubbs has been with Behavioral Medicine Associates, Inc. since 2007 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New Mexico State University. She then went on to obtain her Master of Arts in Counseling from Eastern New Mexico University in 2011. As the office manager, Jacque oversees the daily operations, scheduling, credentialing, scoring of psychometric testing, coordinating interns, hiring, billing, reviewing psychological reports, prior authorizations, program development, etc.
Kimberly Hernandez
Kimberly Hernandez has been with Behavioral Medicine Associates since 2011. She is part of the support staff, and takes care of scheduling, scoring psychometric testing, billing, medical records, utilization review and more.
Maureen Mose, RN, BSN
Maureen Mose completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Bethel College, a private liberal arts college in Newton, Kansas. She has worked in pediatric home health, nursing homes, and as an operating room nurse in a trauma hospital. She works at Behavioral Medicine in the area of scheduling, utilization review, provider recruitment and program development. BMA is currently in the process of developing an integrative collaborative care program where in addition to having mental health care providers we will also add to the team a Primary Care Provider (certified nurse practitioner) to also address patient’s medical issues.
